Cancellation Policy

1. Workshop Cancellation by Participant

We understand that schedules can change. If you wish to cancel your registration for the FastTrade99 Live AI Workshop, you can request a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the workshop.

Upon successful cancellation within this period, you will be eligible for a full refund of your registration fee (excluding taxes and processing fees if applicable), which will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

2. Rescheduling and Batch Transfers

If you cannot attend the session but do not wish to cancel entirely, you can request to **transfer your seat** to the next available batch free of charge. Rescheduling requests must be sent at least 2 hours before the live session starts by emailing us at support@genailakes.com or reaching out on WhatsApp.

3. Workshop Cancellation or Postponement by Organizer

GenAiLakes Private Limited reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a live workshop session due to technical difficulties, internet outage, trainer emergency, or other unforeseen force majeure events.

In the event of such a cancellation or postponement by us, participants will be offered:

• Automatic entry to the rescheduled session or the immediate next scheduled batch.
• Option to receive a 100% refund of the registration fee if the new dates do not fit the participant's availability.

4. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To request a registration cancellation, please email us at support@genailakes.com with your registered Name, Mobile Number, and Payment Reference ID. All cancellation requests are acknowledged and processed within 24 hours of receipt.
