Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms
At FastTrade99, operated by GenAiLakes Private Limited, client satisfaction is our highest priority. Since we offer digital access to specialized educational workshops and resources, we maintain a transparent refund policy to ensure fairness for all registered participants.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible to claim a 100% refund of the registration fee (₹199 + GST) under the following conditions:
- Your refund request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop start time.
- You accidentally made a double payment for the same registration (in which case, the duplicate payment will be refunded immediately).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
- If the refund request is received less than 24 hours prior to the workshop starting, or after the workshop has already commenced/ended.
- If you fail to attend the live workshop session (no-shows) without informing us in advance.
- If you have already attended the workshop and accessed the complete course materials and bonuses.
4. Batch Rescheduling Alternative
If you are unable to attend the workshop due to last-minute emergencies, you can request a **free slot transfer** to our next available batch. Please send your rescheduling request at least 2 hours before the session start time by contacting us on WhatsApp or emailing support@genailakes.com.
5. How to Initiate a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@genailakes.com with the subject line "Refund Request - FastTrade99" and provide:
- Your Full Name
- Your Registered Mobile/WhatsApp Number
- Proof of Payment / Transaction Reference ID
- Reason for Refund
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, your refund will be initiated immediately. It will be credited back to the original payment source (UPI account or bank account used at checkout) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on bank processing timelines.
