To register for the FastTrade99 Live AI Trading Workshop, you must provide true, accurate, and current contact details (Name, WhatsApp number, email, and city). You agree to receive communication from us regarding the workshop access, updates, bonuses, and follow-up educational resources.

3. Fees and Payments

The fee for the workshop is specified on our website (special launch price of ₹199 plus applicable GST). All payments are securely processed through designated third-party UPI applications or payment gateways. Your registration is considered complete only after successful verification of the payment.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All workshop materials, slideshows, prompts lists, community guidance, software setups, and video recordings provided during or after the workshop are the intellectual property of GenAiLakes Private Limited and/or the trainer Chilukala Sreenivas.

You are granted a single-user, non-transferable, personal license to access these materials for educational purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, selling, publishing, or sharing workshop content, recordings, or links with any third party.

5. Important Financial Disclaimer (Risk Warning)

GenAiLakes Private Limited, FastTrade99, and the trainer Chilukala Sreenivas accept no liability for any financial losses or damages incurred directly or indirectly as a result of using the tools, prompts, or methods taught in this course.

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the workshop date/time due to technical, trainer, or unforeseen emergencies. In the event of postponement, we will notify registered participants of the new schedules or offer alternative batches.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, India.
